Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in managing human resources and general affairs departments.
  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the department, including personnel allocation, task assignments, and resource management.
  • Motivate, cultivate, and manage team members to promote a good team cooperation and working atmosphere.
  • Ensure departmental policies and personnel regulations comply with company regulations and best practices.
  • Propose and implement improvement measures to enhance process efficiency and work quality.
  • Responsible for effective communication and coordination within and outside the department.
  • Regularly communicate with senior management and key stakeholders, reporting on departmental progress.
  • Participate in human resources planning, including recruiting, training, and developing talent within the department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and feedback to ensure staff capability enhancement and continuous development.
  • Manage company assets and human resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in fields such as management, business administration, human resources, or related disciplines.
  • Familiarity with Auto Count system is preferred.
  • Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively managing teams and interacting with personnel at all levels.
  • Possess strategic thinking and business insight, able to achieve goals and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Willing to work overtime.
  • Performance excellence may lead to incentive bonuses.
  • Applicants are required to attach recent passport-sized photographs.
