The Location: Damansaa Uptown, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Role Type : Hybrid Working.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in coding to deliver features within a sprint goals, ensuring quality, while mentoring the team.
• Provide technical support to web developers and guide the team in day-to-day tasks.
• Conduct weekly meetings to review project progress and address challenges.
• Oversee sprint planning, track progress, and report any delays.
• Provide weekly and monthly development updates for stakeholders.
• Upskill the team to improve code quality and release standards.

Required Skills:

• Degree in technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with hands-on coding and team leadership experience.
• Strong coding and organizational skills, with accountability and a solution-driven approach.
• Positive, collaborative, and approachable.
• Ambitious, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Adaptable work style with excellent time-management skills.
