- Processing customer orders from portal.
- Communicate with customer on their inquiries.
- Handling customer refund and delivery.
- Picking & Packing customer orders immediately once received orders from customers.
- Loves organizing and packing (loading, wrapping, sealing).
- Inspecting the merchandise for damage, flaws, and irregularities.
- Locating and extracting stocks from shelves and storage areas.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
- Practice FIFO.
- Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.

- MUST work for 5-day shifts (8.30am - 8.30pm) with granted 2 off day on weekdays per week.
- MUST work 9 hours exclude break per day + OT 1hour compulsory.
- MUST work on Public Holidays and weekend.
