Vacancy: - Team Lead Chat Support Native Japanese

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Salary: RM 12,500

Language: Japanese + English

Profile: Chat Support (Social Media)

Timings: Rotational Shifts (247)

Headcount: 2

Joining date : 12th August, 2024

Min Requirements: At least 1 -2 years of experience as Team lead in Chat support or Customer Service

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our chat support team (90% Chat). The ideal candidate will be a native Japanese speaker with a proven track record in customer service and team management. As the Team Lead, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the chat support team, ensuring exceptional service and support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of chat support agents to deliver outstanding customer service.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and streamline support processes.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Analyze chat support metrics and generate reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a high standard of quality in all customer interactions.
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep the team informed and updated on new policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Native proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

NOTE: The paper work and relocation expenses will be handle by the company.
