Designing assessments to evaluate children's progress and development.
Managing classroom behavior effectively and promoting positive interactions among children.
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment to provide a safe and healthy space for children to learn and play.
Establishing and maintaining open, ongoing communication with parents and caregivers to foster collaboration and support children's learning and development.
Completing required documentation accurately and in a timely manner, including attendance records, progress reports.
Preparing children for special events such as sports day and annual concerts, incorporating activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and self-expression.
Job Requirements
Min possess SPM.
Fresh graduate / candidate without working experience also welcome as training will be provided.
Proven experience working with young children in an educational setting. (preferred).
Can speak & read & write in Mandarin.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
Proficiency in using media technology to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing quality education to young learners.
