Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Fresh graduated are welcome to apply
  • At least SPM or higher education background
  • Must be patient and nurturing towards children
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Must be passionate about early childhood education
  • Ability to create and implement age-appropriate activities for children



Job Requirements

  • Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
  • Plan and implement daily activities and routines
  • Maintain open communication with parents
  • Monitor and document children's progress
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the daycare center
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines
  • Attend staff meetings and training sessions
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff
  • Provide feedback to parents on children's development
  • Maintain confidentiality of children and families
