Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and visitors.
- Ensure that all beverages are prepared hygienically and to a high standard.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry and kitchen areas.
Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming office areas.- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen areas, and common spaces regularly.
Ensure waste bins are emptied and waste is disposed of properly.
- Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as required.
Report any maintenance or repair issues to the Facilities Manager.
Ensure that all office areas are neat and tidy at all times.- Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including arranging chairs and tables and providing refreshments.
Handle any ad-hoc cleaning or maintenance tasks as requested by the management.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.- Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning standards.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, and moving supplies.
