Job description

• Responsibilities:

Understand and fulfilling task relevant to operate a food & beverage outlet.

• Able to learn inside-out about tea-based beverage outlet including skillset to brew the beverage based out in-house recipe.

Greeting customers in a friendly manner and taking food and drink orders.

• Preparing and serving beverages such as tea and other specialty drinks.

Working at highest standard at all times to ensure outlets product and service quality.

• Answering customers questions about menu choices.

Promoting and recommending menu options to customers.

• Taking payment from customers.

Keeping the work environment and cafe seating area clean, sanitary and organized.

• Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints.

• Requirement:

Candidate with/without SPM

• No prior working experience required.

Prior working experience in Food & Beverages Outlet is an added advantage.

• Able to work as a team to achieve outlet target and ensure smooth outlet process.

Self-discipline and self-driven to keep up-to-date knowledge and skillset to fulfil task on outlet operations.

• Have a typhoid vaccine before start working (can be claimed)

Pay: RM1,
