Job Description

Job Responsibility

Greeting customers in a friendly manner and drink orders
Preparing and serving beverages Answering customers questions about menu choices
Promoting and recommending menu options to customers
Responding to and resolving customer concerns or complaints
Evaluating and modifying processes to improve efficiency and quality of service
Attracting new customers and refining the menu

Job Requirements

Candidates must possess at least SPM.
Experienced Barista (coffee/tea) highly preferred!
Tea-Lovers are encouraged to join us too as training will be provided!
Able to work independently and demonstrate POSITIVE energy!
Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service!
Detailed oriented & passionate about service quality!
Excellent communication skills with good command of Mandarin/ English will be a surplus.
