Monitor and perform regular health check on network infrastructure from alerts.
Responsible for the incident management process, which involves logging of the incident into HP Service Manager, incident escalation, initial troubleshooting, and resolution.
Perform technical troubleshooting in accordance to established troubleshooting procedures.
Promptly communicate incident status and update respective parties.
Respond and remediate in a timely manner in relation to any service outages with minimal guidance.
Assist in other operational tasks as requested.
Job Requirement
Minimum 5 years of working experience in network operations, preferably in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in network infrastructure, specifically with Cisco, Huawei, F5, Palo Alto, Bluecoat, and Allot products. at least Level 2 support
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Network Operations Center (NOC).
Valid Cisco CCNA certification (valid from 2020-2024) is required.
Good knowledge and practice in ITIL management, including incident, problem, and change management processes.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex network issues and provide effective solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Flexibility to work in shift rotation, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
