Talent Acquisition
- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Talent Development- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Provide coaching and mentorship to employees to help them achieve their professional goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and make adjustments as needed.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance review process, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.
Develop and implement performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and engagement.
Company info:- Based in Desa Parkcity, Kepong
12pm - 6pm working hour
- May require to attend events as staff on weekend, happens once or twice/month
EIS, EPF & SOCSO provided- This position come with commission structure (5% sales commission) and can provide expenses claim (Explained during interview)
