You will implement a sourcing strategy based on the needs of the region.
You act as a sourcing desk for global/regional purposes, as an enabler to the recruitment organization by building talent pipelines or source and reach out to potential candidates.
You will be asked to think about the concrete and the abstract and help identify (future) challenges our talent teams should anticipate.
You steer on metrics of what success looks like (e.g., time to source, quality of candidates, and proactive talent pipelining).
You will serve as a dedicated consultative partner to talent acquisition, employer branding and (HR) business teams for our Asia region.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, talent availability, and the competitive landscape to guide and influence business and Talent leadership decisions.
You will be asked to provide relevant talent/market insights for topics like workforce planning, talent mapping, employer branding, or organizational capability.
Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure alignment of talent objectives.

Ensure all talent and performance rating inputs by line managers are captured promptly.
Providing insights by creating insights reports for the region or business groups per cycle.
You will ensure proactive talent mapping internally and externally using succession data and online resources; map where the talent gaps are internally and which roles/functions to fuel the talent pipeline for succession.

Your regional scope covers the following markets:
