Join our HR team as the Talent Acquisition Supervisor
, where you'll lead recruitment efforts from job postings to candidate selection. You will be given the chance to collaborate with other members to develop strategies, coach recruiters, and build a strong talent pool. Lead Recruitment Operations: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate onboarding.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with HR to craft and implement innovative recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
Candidate Evaluation:
Participate in interviews, assess candidates, and make impactful hiring decisions.Build Talent Networks:
Develop a robust talent pool by networking and maintaining connections with potential candidates.Mentor & Lead: Coach and guide HR recruiters, fostering their growth and ensuring top-notch recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with HR: Work closely with HR Heads to update organizational structures and job descriptions.
Optimize Processes:
Drive efficiency by assisting in market research, policy reviews, and process improvements.Achieve Recruitment Goals:
Manage high-volume and niche hiring, meeting targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Promote Internal Mobility: Oversee internal promotions and transfers, ensuring consistency and transparency.
- Measure Success: Monitor recruitment metrics to ensure cost-effective and timely hiring.
Partner with Stakeholders:
Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment with business goals.
Having at least 4 years in Talent Acquisition, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.- Mandarin language skills is a must, as you will be working closely with regional stakeholders.
Strong ability to express ideas, results, and statuses using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Skilled in organizing and analyzing recruitment data effectively.
Ability to report recruitment and work status to HR Manager and/or Top Management.
