Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process and represent the company at industry events to attract top talent and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hire.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a equivalent.- At least 2 years of experience in in-house recruitment/recruitment agencies, preferably in large-scale manufacturing industry.
At least 2 years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Solid hands-on experience in sourcing techniques and tools.- Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for roles in Manufacturing industry.
Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with people of all levels and all geographical locations.
- Active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
Verbal and written communication in Malay, English, and Mandarin (preferably).- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong organizational and multitasking.
