Job Description
Manage the overall talent acquisition (TA) plan & strategy execution across the group
Utilize the existing partnership to optimally source high qualified candidates as necessary
Plan & build the best TA team structure to meet the cost effective way of recruitment
Hire necessary talent acquisition team in countries (in-house recruiters) to support the global TA plan
Source potential candidates from various online channels, including the existing social media subscription, external recruiter engagement, & in-house recruiters.
Act as single point of contact from the company for all SEA hiring, manage a close communication with the hiring managers to understand the details of the hiring requirements & perform necessary actions to complete the entire recruitment process
Manage the screening process on incoming candidates & background checking on shortlisted candidates
Collaborate with the executive sponsors (related CxO) & finance team on the recruitment approval process to meet the global headcount planning & budget
Work together with HR on the internship engagement to source & develop young talents from universities
Work together with HR on the Cloud Academy program to develop a strong pool of cloud experts from fresh graduates
Work together with marketing team on employee branding & external ads/posts to support the TA program
Maintain a consolidated recruitment system/dashboard for regular reporting & headcount planning with the stakeholders.
Requirements
Min 2 - 4 years experience in IT recruitment with a strong ability to understand complex IT job descriptions from clients
Build Talent pool by regular networking and through job boards, professional networking sites like LinkedIn
Strategize and build candidate pipeline to ensure shorter time to hire and better job fit
Passion in workforce solutions business
Meet requirement fulfillment deadlines, handle negotiations with candidates
Ensure the recruitment process is taken care end-to-end candidate funnel- discuss IT requirements propose profiles with candidates interest and consent keep them active through-out all interview rounds till selection and from there work closely with them on their offer, visa requirements and on-boarding, time-to time to conduct consultants welfare checks
Strong communication skills to influence people at all levels
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
