Overview
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to build a robust pipeline for current and future hiring needs. This role requires a keen eye for talent, a strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, and the ability to build relationships with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring teams, and providing feedback to candidates.
Extend job offers and handle negotiations with successful candidates.- Conduct background checks and reference verifications.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract candidates.- Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, and employee referrals.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.- Conduct research to identify industry trends and emerging talent pools.
Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various outreach methods.
