Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Administer and manage employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handle employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
  • Support in the execution of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and wellness programs.
  • Address employee concerns and escalate issues to higher management when necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience in hiring and handling employee issues.
  • Must be willing to work in Senai

Good in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia ,Mandarin & English
