HR Executive (Recruitment) to join the team.
As a
HR Executive (Recruitment), you will play a pivotal role in:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.- Source and screen candidates via job platforms, social media, and networking events.
Conduct interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer guidance.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future openings.- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
- To be successful in this role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in using recruitment software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
