- Establishing and managing a comprehensive recruitment database to streamline the hiring process effectively.
- Implementing hiring plans to meet both current and future organizational needs efficiently.
- Conducting the end-to-end talent acquisition process with a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusivity.
- Providing guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices to ensure thorough and effective candidate assessments.
- Serving as a trusted and credible talent acquisition business partner, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
- Keeping abreast of the latest market trends in recruitment and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in HR and recruitment.
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- strong organizational and time management skills, whilst also with attention to detail and a learner's mindset
- experience with HR/TA systems and knowledge of TA best practices and procedures
