We are looking for a tenacious Talent Acquisition Partner. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment and a proven track record in attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-caliber candidates within the fintech or tech industry. As a strategic partner to our business, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide insights on market trends, and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a range of roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create compelling job descriptions, and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit, providing high-quality shortlists to hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for future roles and anticipate hiring needs based on business growth.
- Act as an ambassador of our brand, effectively communicating our culture, values, and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
- Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
- Stay updated on fintech industry trends, talent market insights, and competitor hiring strategies to advise hiring managers.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure an efficient and effective onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience within an in-house talent acquisition function, preferably within a fast-paced technology or fintech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions.
- Strong sourcing skills with experience using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive recruitment strategies and improve efficiency.
- Passion for the fintech industry, with an understanding of market trends and competitive talent landscapes.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Excellent language in English and Chinese is required, as you will be required to communicate with Chinese stakeholders in the region.
