Job Description: - Manage and oversee team in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and electronic hiring procedures.
Participate in recruitment activities such as career fairs and career talks to attract and engage potential candidates.- Utilize professional domain knowledge to coordinate resources and execute various HR modules including recruitment, competency and qualification assessments, people-job matching, and organization management.
Support team in talent management initiatives by assisting in talent structure planning, implementing talent strategies, and building a talent pool through learning and training programs.
- Assist in the reviewing, developing, and implementing HR policies, plans, and processes in alignment with company directives and statutory requirements. Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management activities.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and HR development plans to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.- Guild team members included HR executives in compliance with the Employment Act and other relevant statutory regulations.
Job Requirement & Skills:- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required; masters degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience and the recruitment industry, with demonstrated expertise in employment law, talent strategy, and performance management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change.
Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong teamwork and leadership skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience using HR systems and databases.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information and employee matters.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively.- Knowledge of HR metrics and analytics, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese.
