  • Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media channels to source potential candidates.
Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications and alignment with the company's culture.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support the development of talent pipelines and candidate databases for future hiring needs.
  • Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be proficient in English .
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM
  • 00 per month
