Job Description:
- Telephonically & personally interviewing candidates
- Screening candidates
- Shortlisting profiles and arranging interviews
- Follow up and handle coordination with potential candidates.
- Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
- Salary negotiation with successful candidates
- Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures, including accurately recording all Resourcing activities on HR Information System
Eligible Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Proficient inEnglishandMandarin/Cantonese, both oral and written.
- Good Time Management
- Able to interact with all levels
- Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Interpersonal skills
