SUMMARY- Responsibility sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Bachelors in Human Resources Management or relevant field
