The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and screening potential candidates for job openings within the company. This role involves making outbound calls to candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the recruitment process with the hiring managers.
Make outbound calls to potential candidates based on job openings and sourcing lists.
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify and contact suitable candidates.
Network with potential candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for the role.
Provide detailed information about job opportunities, company culture, and benefits.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them informed and engaged.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Provide feedback on candidate qualifications and help refine search criteria as needed.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and posting job advertisements when required.
Prepare regular and compliance reports for the government Jabatan Kerja Tenaga- To support HR roles as assigned from time to time
Minimum Diploma / Bac Degree in any discipline- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or telemarketing is preferred
Proficient in English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit.- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willing to work at Bandar Sg Long/ Bandar Mahkota Cheras, Selangor
