Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in IT Industry in Malaysia market

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent in Malaysia market
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect those needs.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and metrics to track progress and measure success.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Continuously improve and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
• Experience utilizing various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks, to source and attract candidates.
• Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
