Job Description

MoneySmart Group is South East Asia's leading personal financial portal helping consumers compare loans, insurance, and credit cards. MoneySmart was founded in 2009 with the simple aim to help consumers make better financial decisions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our People team in Malaysia. This is a 6 months contractual role reporting to the Talent Lead.

Mission

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our company's growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment efforts across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong by reviewing applications, sourcing, shortlisting, screening qualified candidates and coordinating the interview process with candidates and hiring panels. Collect interview feedback and provide timely updates to candidates throughout the hiring process. This ensures a positive candidate experience and helps to keep the recruitment process on track
  • Strategic Recruitment: Collaborate with TA Lead and hiring managers to align on business requirements, nurture and develop engaging recruiting strategies and build a robust talent pipeline
  • Administrative Support: Schedule interviews, maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), support process improvisation projects and perform additional tasks as assigned to support the recruitment team

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in managing recruitment lifecycle
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of efficient recruitment practices and effectively translating this knowledge to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Jobstreet
  • Proactive sourcing abilities and a strong initiative
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
