Talent Acquisition Coordinator (1 Year Contract)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Ant International Malaysia's dynamic Talent Acquisition Team!

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and update recruitment information, assist in operate and maintain Internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CV screening and evaluation.

2. Assist to manage the recruitment life-cycle, including interview arrangement coordination, progress tracking, candidate feedback and other recruitment operations.

3. Involved in carrying out recruitment projects such as campus recruitment, job fair events, internal referral programs and etc.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.

3. Proficiency in English communication (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
