Talent Acquisition and University Relations Executive (Property Industry)
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications for various roles within the organization, especially those aligned with the property industry.
- Source and attract top talent through diverse channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and university campus placements.
- Conduct interviews and assessment processes to identify the most suitable candidates for roles within the property sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize job offers and negotiate competitive compensation packages.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process, with a focus on industry-specific requirements.
University Career Fair and Campus Engagement
- Plan, coordinate, and execute university career fairs and recruitment events tailored to attracting talent for the property industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university personnel, including career services and faculty staff.
- Stay informed and familiar with university career fair processes, policies, and workflows relevant to property-related roles.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen the organization's brand presence at universities, targeting students interested in careers within the property sector.
Training and Development
- Identify training and development needs across the organization to ensure alignment with the skills required in the property industry.
- Develop and implement training programs that enhance employee skills in areas such as property management, sales, and customer service.
- Partner with external training providers to deliver specialized training initiatives for property-related roles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to ensure employees remain competitive in the property market.
- Support employees in creating career development plans and recommend relevant training opportunities aligned with property industry trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive, preferably in the property industry.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in talent acquisition, with candidates from the property sector having a strong advantage.
- Experience in planning and executing university career fairs or similar recruitment events, particularly for property-related roles.
- Strong rapport-building skills with university stakeholders, including career services and academic personnel.
- Familiarity with university recruitment processes and campus placement workflows, with a focus on property-specific talent pipelines.
- Meticulous, with strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written. Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in Bandar Bukit Puchong.
