Conduct comprehensive research on job advertisements from international job sites, proactively engaging with overseas companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand staffing plan and requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including researching job ads on overseas job sites and approaching international companies to promote our recruitment and Employer of Record (EOR) services.- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer acceptance.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track and report on recruitment metrics.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle.- Work closely with internal teams to stay abreast of global employment laws and regulations.
Analyze and execute the Employer of Record (EOR) process for international hires.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits, and related HR functions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry regulations.- Create and manage documentation related to recruitment and EOR processes.
Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of headhunter and recruiting experience.
Leverage LinkedIn recruitment and other online tools for effective sourcing and outreach.- Familiarity with international employment laws and regulations in the region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Experience with Employer of Record (EOR) processes is a plus.
Exposure to diverse markets in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and beyond. Hybrid Working Arrangement.
