Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Call potential clients to expand their customer base
  • Explain the features of various takaful policies
  • Analyze clients current insurance/takaful policies and suggest additions or changes
  • Customize takaful programs to suit individual clients
  • Handle policy renewals
  • Maintain electronic and paper records
  • Help policyholders settle claims

Job Requirements

  • Muslim (Pray 5 times a day)
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM (5 Credit Pass)
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Candidates with sales, marketing and finance knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Love meeting with new people and learning new things.
  • A quick thinker & able to put oneself in client's shoes.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
