- Pru Venture Manager with a bridging income ranging from RM6,

- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English is a must
Good IT knowledge, Words Doc and Excel is an added value
- Ability to work in a team environment
Good interpersonal skills- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Marketing & Sales will be an advantage
Recruiting new team members- Conduct career talks in universities, colleges, and associations.
Training and coaching to new candidates prior to promotion
- Attend daily training through Zoom platform at 8 am
Comply with sales target and give full commitment to all company's meetings
- Must have a minimum of 5 credit passes in Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM)
Preferable with Diploma/Degree/MBA in Banking/ Finance / Marketing- Working experience in sales and marketing as an added value
- Must possess own transport, at least a motorcycle or a driving license
