Your new role
- Manage daily end-to-end recruitment services operations and onboarding administration.
- Maintain and review employment terms and recruitment policies to ensure compliance with the local country's mandated regulations where required.
- Proactively and continuously support the enhancement of processes in order to meet SLA's and achieve consistency.
- Track key talent acquisition KPIs and use data-driven approaches to drive continuous improvements.
- Responsible for vendor management for recruitment services, which includes service provider scouting, selection, negotiation, contract management, onboarding, performance monitoring and vendor invoice processing.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder management to promote collaboration for achievements and service excellence experience.
- Work with regional TA to support global/regional recruitment and onboarding digitalisation projects.

What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration, Human Resource Management or HR relevant fields.
- 5-7 years of working experience in recruitment with 1-2 years of regional working experience is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge/experience in recruitment processes, project leadership experience, service mindset, senior management exposure.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Excellent communication skills, presentation and workload prioritisation skills and commercial acumen.
