RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide L2 support for Windows servers and database environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management related topics.- Support release activities together with our stakeholders.
Collaborate with the relevant support team to ensure timely resolution of user issues and efficient escalation processes.
- Must respond to Customers concerns and complaints in an adequate manner.
Document technical procedures, solutions, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.- Troubleshooting, Incident Management & Resolution.
Work to comply with SLA and OLA Responsible in POC preparation, Installation & Testing
- Responsible for UAT, trouble shooting, support & maintenance
At least 2 years of working experience in the following technologies: Microsoft, VMware, Veeam, SAN storage, Hyper-Converged-Infrastructure
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical and business teams- Experience with Cisco network devices (switches, routers)
Knowledge in Microsoft Solution (e.g, Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange, SQL, AWS)
- Good to have COMPTIA Certification, ITIL Certification, Backup and Recovery Solution (e.g. Veeam, CommVault, Cohesity)
