Job Description
Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of the company's internal customers;
Responsible for maintaining the normal operation of internal customers;
Responsible for hardware failure processing such as client network telephone line printer etc;
Maintain and support internal client application system;
Timely response to customer requirements and requirements; Distribution installation and troubleshooting of client batch processing software;
Responsible for on-site wiring and liaise with external suppliers if necessary;
If necessary set up control and maintain the security system room power distribution room air conditioning room environmental monitoring;
Headquartered in Malaysia remote support for other Southeast Asian (such as Indonesia) users
Requirements
Maintain IT asset inventory;
Computer related major HNC/HND/ General/bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
Provide a good foundation for high-capacity fast-paced desktop support;
Have basic network troubleshooting knowledge familiar with CCNA is preferred;
Familiar with security system room power distribution room air conditioning room environmental monitoring and eager to learn new technologies in these fields;
Skilled use of Microsoft Office software (Word Excel PPT Project Visio etc);
Windows AD mainstream, Windows Mac system mobile system configuration management and daily maintenance knowledge;
Good at communicating with others passionate about new technologies and able to keep abreast of the latest trends and solutions;
Experience in procurement and management of external suppliers; Solid IT service process experience familiar with ITSM system Mandarin ability able to communicate with Shanghai headquarters;
