Responsibility- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for related incidents and service requests, diagnosing and troubleshooting customer issues.
Manage and configure Azure AD, including user and admin roles, identities, and accounts.- Perform system hardening for O365 & Azure services based on security best practices, ensuring access controls and backups are in place.
Monitor performance, upgrade systems, apply patches, and manage outages in line with SLAs.
- Develop and maintain internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
Implement automation using scripts and leverage Azure Automation & Graph API for efficiency.
Qualification- Minimum of 3 years in IT infrastructure or cloud services.
IT certifications such as MCITP, MCSE, VCP, SCSP, NCDA, ITIL are advantageous.
- Proficiency in O365 administration, messaging, and collaboration tools.
Understanding of Power Platform services, including MS Exchange Server & Online, O365 (Email, SharePoint, Teams), Azure AD, and cloud resources.- Experience with MDM/Device management.
Familiarity with Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP.
- Knowledge of IT Service Management Tools like ServiceNow and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
Communication: Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
