Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to company's product via email, chat and phone call efficiently
  • Resolve software-related problems by analyzing the issue, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary
  • Provide installation and training for accounting, payroll, pos system to customers on-site/online
  • Troubleshoot basic network issues
  • Provide updates to customers on latest development on company's product
  • Maintain records of technical issues and solutions
  • Other duties and special tasks as assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Accounting or IT or related fields or equivalent experience
  • Experience with accounting software is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in computers and software applications
  • Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Detailed oriented and customer focused
  • Team player
  • Willing to learn and positive attitude
