Responsibilities:- Install and configure computer system
Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults- Monitor daily system jobs according to daily check list.
Check and monitor system health.
- Provide technical problem resolution to internal and external parties.
Manage the companys enterprise IT infrastructure comprising high-security data centers, mission critical application servers, and nationwide payment network.- Manage the security and operational aspects of the infrastructure in line with established security and audit standards.
Involve in audits by PCI DSS/PAYNET/BNM/SWIFT.
- Research, evaluate, recommend and purchase hardware and software for enterprise operations.
Setup and manage computer hardware and software for enterprise operations, from servers to workstations; web servers; email and communications; specialized servers and tools for software engineering and testing.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in IT Infrastructure/Networking or Computer Science/Information Technology equivalent.- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Experience in managing network and IT infrastructure.
- Experience in installation/support for computer hardware (like desktop/laptop/server), peripherals (like printers), network equipment, and system/application software.
Experience in Virtualization.- Experience in Windows operating systems.
Ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet customer and user expectations.
Possess own transportation.
Working Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil Kuala Lumpur.
Sometimes will be required to travel and work at HQ Office - Kg. Baru Kuala Lumpur for support.
