To evaluate material and printer capabilities and to provide technical support and solutions to customers.
To repair and refurbish printer and able to install the right application,
To prepare sales engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information, engineering, and application trends.
To provide product, service, or equipment technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.
To create and update product brochure.
To gather business requirements with technical solutions from customers directly, via Sales team.
To create CM Requirement document and Package applications and configurations as actual system image (Master HDD with configurations) including business requirement for customer's system and Work directly with 3rd party SI (system integrator) and/or DNP Japan.
To create and test software (system) updater/installer including configuration changes for future changes.
To comply with configuration requirements for all equipment, hardware, system software, applications software, data files, settings, customization for customers and internationalizations (languages).
To handle configuration change requests from customers.
To maintain records of all release deliverables and to manage change history,
Other related technical support upon required and assist the superior to provide solutions to customers.
Possess at least Diploma/Degree or relevant technical qualifications,
Good in written and spoken English.
Possess a relevant experience and knowledge in handing computers / printers & Photo Imaging equipment will be an added advantage.
Good communication skills with all levels of workers.
Able to work independently with less supervision.
Knowledgeable in QMS/EMS will be an added advantage.
