Responsibilities

• Oversee, design, support, and maintain the MES model (including products, routes, operations, and lot movements):
  • Development, maintenance and improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) from an operational perspective
  • Map business processes and material flows into the MES Factory Model
  • Define and set standards for global mapping of physical product flows to the MES Factory Model
  • Define and set standards for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), with focus on its integration to the MES model
• Manage Global MES related changes like new configuration addition, reviews of change and update relevant documents
• Serve as an in-house domain expert on MES system and the integration of manufacturing operations, quality, and materials, information into MES
• Collaborate effectively with business users to define and maintain needed process flows, work instructions, and quality information needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge in manufacturing industry, with preference to electronic manufacturing (PCBA Manufacturing).
• Prior experience with PLM and/or MES systems is advantageous
• Able to work independently and with less job supervision.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and lead teams
