Job Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of system integration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Develop project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure successful project delivery.- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any potential risks or issues.
Leverage your technical expertise to provide guidance and support to the team, ensuring that integration solutions meet functional requirements, technical standards, and industry best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the system integration delivery process. Implement best practices and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Create comprehensive documentation for integrated systems and processes. Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate smooth adoption and usage of integrated solutions.- Identify potential risks and challenges related to systems integration for each system category and develop mitigation strategies.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems integration, aligns with overall project timelines and milestones
- Minimum Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in system integration, with a strong understanding of integration methodologies, technologies, and tools.
- Prior experience in a leadership or management role, with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
