About the Role

Our client is looking for an IT System and Network Lead with five years of experience in managing hardware, software, networks, and server infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business goals.
• Manage IT infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance, including hardware, software, networks, and server rooms.
• Conduct regular assessments of IT systems to identify areas for improvement and enhance security.
• Maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and manage contracts effectively.
• Lead, guide, and train team members to build a high-performing IT team.
• Explore and introduce new technologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
• Develop and execute contingency plans to address IT emergencies.
• Plan and oversee IT budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a similar role.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience in IT budget planning and management is an advantage.
• Interest in leading and mentoring a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
