Job Description:We are looking for a highly skilled System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of IT systems. The System Analyst will act as a liaison between business users and the IT team, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.
Identify business requirements and develop functional and system specifications that align with business user needs.
Map business requirements to system capabilities, recommending and implementing appropriate technical solutions.
Configure system settings and options to meet the defined requirements.
Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing to ensure system functionality.
Create comprehensive system specifications and develop software documentation, including requirements specifications, design documents, and test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new technology solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support as needed.
Conduct software testing and quality assurance to ensure compliance with security, performance, and reliability standards.
Analyse current business procedures and system practices, recommending improvements where necessary.
Design new computer programs and systems by analyzing business requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, and writing detailed specifications.
Serve as a technical lead on subsystems or small features, managing projects of small to medium complexity, and applying expertise to meet deadlines.
Anticipate and address complex issues, maintaining open communication within and outside the project team.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a System Analyst, Software Developer, or in a related role with a strong focus on system design and implementation.
Proficiency in system analysis and design techniques.
Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, .NET) and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) and system integration.
Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and tools.
Knowledge of system testing and quality assurance best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience managing small to medium-sized projects, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

Experience with cloud-based systems and technologies.
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.
Certification in relevant areas (e.g., Certified Systems Analyst, ITIL)
