Description:
6+ yrs System Analyst (Technical BA) with CRM Platform exp (Preferably - MS Dynamics
Must Have:
-CRM experience (Customer Service Request, Leads, Customer 360)
-Business Requirements gathering,
-Review FSD (FSD is written by vendor)
-Review TDD (TDD is written by vendor)
-Ablility to interact with multiple teams
-Ability to align specs from multiple systems and interfaces (e.g. middle ware, core system and CRM)
-JIRA Triage - prioritize and assign to right team
