- _Cloud Infrastructure Management_
__Deploy, configure and manage cloud environments on platforms such as AWS, Alibaba and etc- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
Manage cloud-based resources, including virtual machines, storage, databases and networking

2. Security & Compliance_
- __Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud infrastructure, including firewalls, encryption and access controls.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including data protection and privacy laws.- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
_3. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting
__Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to network, storage and computing resources Respond to incidents, identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent future occurence
- Automate system monitoring and reporting to streamline operations

4. Backup & Disaster Recovery_
- __Develop and maintain backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability
Design and implement disaster recovery plans to minimise downtime and data loss- Regularly test disaster recovery plans to ensure effectiveness
_5. Automation & Scripting
__Develop and maintain scripts for automating routine tasks, including system updates, backups and deployments
_6. Client Support & Collaboration
__Provide technical support to clients, addressing their cloud-related queries and issues Collaborate with the development and operations teams to optimise cloud infrastructure for specific client needs
- Document processes, procedures and system configurations for clients and internal use
Bachelor's degree in computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on cloud infrastructure management
Certified cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator etc) are added advantages
- Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and Alibaba Cloud- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and load balancers
Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements
