System AdministratorWe are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our team. As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's computer systems and networks. This is a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our organization's infrastructure and providing technical support to our employees.
Install and configure software and hardware components
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
To monitor and ensure all the servers NAS (Linux Open media Vault Backup Server) and sites, are running efficiently, concurrently and working on optimum performance; troubleshoot immediately any issue arising.- Monitor and update Server Active Directory/DNS/Storage allocation
To backup and retrieve resources, including upon request.
- Set up and monitor Remote Access Configuration (RDP, VNC)
Updating best practice securing the infrastructure from (Malware, DDoS, Phishing, Scam, and Virus)- Manage and troubleshoot FTP synchronization (SYN Pro V8)
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights, frequent update is required to ensure only active employees are in the system.
- Analyse system logs and identifying potential issues.
Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans- Ensure security and data protection measures are in place
Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- WIFI Setup, Wireless channel best practice tunning.
Manage and responsible Overall IT infrastructure (ISP, Router, Switches)- Solid Experience managing (SMTP, POP3, IMAP) E-mail Server (Smarter Mail V16x)
Managing Hosting dedicated server (Website-mail System for Multiple Domain Names)with the Email Hosting Centre.
- Renew SSL and Domain Names. (Must have experiences with GoDaddy webservices)
Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining all manners of server hardware and associated network equipment.- Experience with server performance tuning and monitoring tools.
Familiarity with TCP/IP and other network protocols, firewall management, and operating system configuration.
- Proven experience with systems planning, security principles, and general software management best practices.
Collaborate with other IT professionals to identify and resolve technical problems- Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including patches and updates
Create social media awareness for virtual presence of the company Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks, and hardware
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
