Creating and Managing Windows Images: Customizing, and maintaining standardized Windows images for deployment across various systems and environments.
- Image Deployment and Management: Deploying Windows images to new and existing devices using imaging tools like Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) or System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Image Customization: Configuring and customizing Windows images to meet specific organizational requirements, including software installation, settings configuration, and drivers integration.
- Testing and Validation: Testing and validating Windows images to ensure compatibility, stability, and functionality across different hardware platforms and software configurations.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identifying and resolving issues related to Windows imaging processes, deployment failures, driver conflicts, and compatibility issues.
- Documentation: Maintaining detailed documentation of Windows imaging processes, configurations, and best practices for reference and knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Collaborating with Internal teams, Engineering team, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and address issues related to Windows imaging.
- Security Compliance: Ensuring compliance with security standards and policies while creating, deploying, and managing Windows images, including patch management and vulnerability remediation.
- Automation and Scripting: Developing scripts and automation workflows to streamline and automate Windows imaging processes, increasing efficiency, and reducing manual effort.
