Principal Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the organization's sustainability strategy, goals, and targets in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Collect and analyze data on environmental, social, and economic performance to measure progress towards sustainability goals and identify trends.- Conduct sustainability assessments and identify opportunities for improvement in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
Develop and manage sustainability reporting and communication initiatives, including ESG reports, sustainability dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and decisionmaking processes.
Build relationships with external stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and NGOs.- Monitor and analyze sustainability trends and emerging issues to identify potential opportunities and risks.
Oversee sustainability projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Liaise with the parent group to understand their sustainability reporting requirements, provide regular updates on progress, and ensure compliance with group-wide sustainability initiatives.

The Sustainability Executive is responsible for developing and implementing the organization's sustainability strategy. This role will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and drive economic growth. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of sustainability principles and practices, and the ability to manage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability concepts, principles, and frameworks. Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications (e.g., ISO 14001, GRI Standards.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Project management and analytical skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in data analysis and reporting.
