Title : Sustainability Coordinator ( PH)

Nature of Business : Established constructing major in buildings and infrastructure projects
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understand LEED requirements as outlined in contract.
Follow up and coordinate with respective department on the development of IAQMP, ESCP, CWMP and EMP.- Follow up, review and compile monthly submission to LEED Consultant (LEED Report).
Ensure adequate implementation of Waste Management control on site, report generation.
- Supervise adequacy of LEED requirements in comparison with construction progress on site.
To ensure compliance of materials and equipment as per LEED requirement including interface with procurement.- Coordinate and communicate with LEED Consultant.
Coordinate and communicate with Project management and construction team where necessary.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science or equivalent;
LEED Green Associate;- At least 3 years experience in construction green building activities, preferably handling building construction from mobilization to hand-over;
Good knowledge in Green Building, M&E Systems, Architecture
- Good attention to detail and high commitment to accurate work;

- 00 - RM7,000.00 per month
