Minimum Academic Qualification- Possess Bachelor's degree in surveying or any related field
- Years of Related Working Experience:
10 years of experience / Registered with Board of engineer (BEM)
Independent, resourceful and pro-active
- Computer literate I.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
Result-oriented and aggressive in meeting deadlines- Able to work under pressure
Well exposed to technical software.
To check Contractors setting out works to ensure that the alignment and levels are in accordance with drawings.
- To perform joint surveys with contractor.
To inform the Resident Engineer of the need to stop any of Contractor's work.- To carry out any other duties assigned by RE/CRE.
Ensure that all work executed conform to the required survey standard.
- Ensure that all the document related to survey are properly filed and documented.
Maintain and take care of all equipment under his care.- Verifying data and calculations
Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of surveys
- Recording results of surveys.
Undertaking land surveys or measurements using a variety of specialist technical equipment- Monitor and co-ordinate with sub-contractors on survey related matter to ensure accuracy and correctness.
Able to liaise with government, clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Able to implement and maintain ISO 9001 standards throughout project duration
